When is the cutoff to submit an order for the following week?

All orders must be submitted by Saturday
night for the following week’s delivery. If you have a last-minute
request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is the minimum order amount for delivery?

We require a $40 minimum order per delivery day.

If I purchase a cooler or already have one, is delivery still included?

Yes, delivery is still included. You will receive a text reminder to place your cooler and ice pack outside prior to delivery.

What happens if I forget to put my cooler and ice pack outside?

No problem. Your meals will still be
delivered safely in a new cooler with a fresh frozen ice pack. If the
replacement cooler and ice pack are not returned, a $20 replacement fee
will apply.

Can I freeze my meals if I don’t eat them right away?

Yes, meals can be frozen. However, we cannot guarantee the same quality after freezing.

How long do the meals stay fresh in the refrigerator?

Meals will stay fresh for up to 5–7 days when properly refrigerated. A “best by” date is clearly labeled on all meals.
