Delivery Instructions

Deliveries are made between the hours of 9 am -  6pm

Someone will contact you within 24 hours of order placement to confirm all delivery details.

Deliveries will be coordinated with the client within a mutually agreed upon time frame, ensuring timely delivery.  Someone must be onsite for delivery unless you participate in our cooler program.

Our cooler program is available, offering a convenient solution for food delivery!

This program eliminates the need for you to be present during delivery and is designed with environmental sustainability in mind.

Here's a step-by-step explanation of how it works:

  1. Your food will be delivered in a large weatherproof cooler, complete with a large frozen gel pack.
  2. All you have to do is to retrieve your food and leave the cooler and ice pack outside for your next delivery.
  3. On your next delivery, the driver will exchange the ice pack for a new frozen one, along with your food.

If you don't plan to order every week, please keep the cooler and ice packs. Simply store the cooler and ice pack until you're ready to order again. We'll send you a reminder to place both the cooler and ice pack outside on the morning of delivery to ensure a seamless experience.

There is a $20 retainer fee for the cooler that you will get back if you decide you no longer require our services.
