Chef Sean Packan is the founder and culinary director of Sean Mark’s Cuisine, a New Jersey-based culinary brand offering personalized chef services, weekly pre-order meals, meal prep, and custom catering. Known for bold flavors and thoughtfully prepared food, Chef Sean brings a global perspective and decades of hands-on experience to every dish.



With over 25 years in professional kitchens, Chef Sean’s culinary journey blends formal training with international experience. He studied culinary arts in the United States and further expanded his education by attending culinary school in Thailand, where he immersed himself in Southeast Asian flavors, techniques, and fresh, ingredient-driven cooking. He also spent time cooking in Mexico, gaining firsthand experience with regional Mexican cuisine and traditional preparations that continue to influence his menus today.


Before launching Sean Mark’s Cuisine, Chef Sean held leadership roles in respected culinary institutions, including serving as Chef de Cuisine at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club, where he oversaw a la carte dining, large-scale banquets, purchasing, and day-to-day kitchen operations.


Chef Sean’s cooking style combines classic technique with global inspiration, creating food that is approachable, comforting, and full of depth. Through Sean Mark’s Cuisine, he focuses on delivering high-quality meals that feel personal—whether for weekly family dinners, meal prep for busy clients, or fully customized catering experiences.
